Acceptable Use Policy

Using SoundSend

You may use SoundSend to organize, play, store, and share supported audio in accordance with law, the Terms of Use, this policy, and any feature-specific instructions.

Prohibited content and conduct

• Upload, send, or publish material you do not have the right to use.
• Use SoundSend for unlawful threats, harassment, exploitation, fraud, or invasion of privacy.
• Distribute malware, malicious links, spam, deceptive metadata, or content intended to compromise another device or account.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, upload limits, sharing restrictions, moderation, or security measures.
• Probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or automate access to the service except where permitted by law or written authorization.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation, ownership, or the source of a recording.
• Use SoundSend in a way that creates unreasonable risk, interferes with others, or exposes SoundSend or its providers to legal liability.

Rate, format, and storage limits

SoundSend may apply reasonable limits to file duration, format, size, storage, downloads, playback requests, or sharing to protect reliability and prevent abuse. Final product limits should be documented in the app or support materials rather than invented in this policy.

Enforcement

SoundSend may block a file, limit a feature, remove content, suspend an account, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, respond to legal obligations, or protect users and the service. Serious or urgent matters may be acted on without advance notice where permitted by law.
